Just introducing myself as I'm fairly new to the site, my name is Kaitlin Gagnon and I'm currently in the process of pitching my first script to all the powers that be. What a rollercoaster ride of emotions this process has been thus far! Chin up, moving forward, I am destined to make this movie come alive but wow, it can be so emotionally and financially draining at times. This is my very first script and the feedback has been nothing short of inspirational. But I do think my greatest fear at times, as a writer, is knowing that the looming possibility of rejection hangs overhead while you give something everything you possibly have to give. I've always felt comfortable knowing I hadn't succeeded at something because I didn't try my absolute hardest, but with this script and the processes that have followed, I'm giving it every fibre of my heart and soul! Best of luck to all the other writers on the site, push through that desperation and despair, knowing your script gets closer to becoming a film every single day <3

Hello Kaitlin, I am Monalisha, a screenwriter too finished my first screenplay recently. Thank you for your inspiring words and positive energies, your introduction caught the eye of my mind so would love to share the wisdom I achieved through the process of penning down the storyline into screenplay. We or an artist that's recognised by self within an eternal soul is not to chase our dreams but to live them through the path we choose for ourselves, setting the intention and acting upon the vibration is enough to attract the resources that will lead your creative instincts into physical manifestations. A significant practise in art or life in general is to learn to let go of limited perceptions of how and when it is going to happen but focus on what we can bring into this moment by being the highest form of expression and engage in creating divine life force energies that is in sync with the purpose of the outcome we wish to see. All else is constantly happening in the background, the work is being done by the universe already, the time taking to shape into physical form is our choice to let go of control to make it happen and allow it to organically manifest. The sooner we let go and align ourselves with the reality we wish to aee, the quicker we will receive the best of our imagination. However it is my own personal experience so thought it might be of help to you or anyone of us that matter. My prayers and best wishes for your feature and all the future endeavours. Happy new year.
