My name is Paulette K. Kinnes, and I am a professional editor and writer (and reader!) based in Denver, Colorado. My expertise is in the magic that I produce working with those who wish to write a book or a screenplay that they may be confident in sending to agents and/or filmmakers or proud to self-publish. I also work with authors in the development stages of their screenplays and books. I have been editing for 14 years and have worked with almost 300 authors in a variety of ways during my career.

Lastly, as I have been encouraged by Richard to let all of you know of my dreams and aspirations, here goes! I would dearly love to be a Hollywood script girl. And I don't even know if there is such a thing! Perhaps someone could let me know.
I am interested in the business of making movies, specifically as it relates to the script. Since I have been reading and writing for a living for the last 28 years, I desire to be the person who initially reads the script. Does someone actually do this job?
