Thank you, Debbie Croysdale ! I love your profile pic with the old-school manual typewriter. My first one was an old Brother portable where the ribbon had a correction strip above the ink. Got it for X-mas at age 11.

@William My first was an Adler as a kids present same as yours, then at secretarial college they were swopped with electric typewriters. I preferred the old one. I dug the clunk of the keys, the sound and smell of the paper as it rolled up the carriage, and stinky ink. It was around same time Windows computers arrived but some offices still had MSDOS early 90s. LOL.
