Nadia Carmon

I've had remote jobs before, but the thing that's still hard for me is not taking enough breaks. But I do. When it's lunchtime, I minimize all work tabs and eat. Probably while Netflixing. As for focus, I live with roommates, so I'm not going to pretend like I have a lot I need a mental cleanse for (they're not those kind of roommates, thankfully). But white noise helps when I really need to focus.
