Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is having a great day so far. I know we are living in unbelievable times right now and we're all trying to survive in this chaotic situation. I am new to STAGE32 and currently on the search for an agent or manager. I have a screenplay ready to go and was wondering if this was the right place to find or talk to anyone about my screenplay. I can only give you my perspective. I went looking for producers. That is a long search. Maybe 100 people to find one. Script Revolution has worked for me.
I am not looking for a rep yet. With two films in production I will be an easier product for my rep to sell. With just one finished script you have limited marketable potential from a rep’s POV. They want a track record to talk about. It is easier to sell the millionth Chevy than the first one.
So be your own representative until they come knocking. Then you will be engaging with them as an equal not as someone needing their help.

Welcome aboard, Bryant. I know there are managers and agents on this platform but it's all a matter of your level of engagement. I like using the script services, pitching directly to execs and such, could be the right approach.
