Logline:
While in college, Max Bowen raises weekend beer money by being a sperm donor. Now, 26 years later, a beautiful young woman his donation may have helped to conceive might be about to marry his own son.

That's a funny premise, but it's not a logline. You'll need to identify what the protagonist's goal is, and who the antagonist is, and/or what his obstacles are . (I"m guessing he wants to break up the happy couple.)
Hi how about : Former sperm donor, now OCD sufferer and teacher Max is on a mission to stop two of his offspring students from getting together without getting made.
Now he has three problems and you can just see in your head how this can be funny.
Yes, a funny premis and I think it's a marketable concept.
