Interesting how things happen. Ten years ago I had a cardiac arrest in the middle of the desert in Arizona; not a heart attack, a cardiac arrest, where your heart just stops. Period. I now have a defibrillator in my chest. What is the odds of surviving a cardiac arrest in the desert of Arizona? Let me put it this way, in the city, a heart attack survival rate is about 86%, a cardiac arrest is only 7%. In the desert, probably about 0%. Through several what I'll call "miracles", I was saved and spent a week in a cardiac hospital. After I got out, several weeks later, I started having a dream every night; it played like a movie in my head, until one day, I wrote it all down and it stopped. This resulted in my first book, "When the Angels Cry-The story of Arielle" several years later. Hallmark stores sold thousands of copies.
My problem is:I recently wrote a screenplay for a full-length movie, but I could only get a part of the book in it. There is so much more, so I wrote a TV pilot and episodes.
Anyone out there have a same situation?
