Thought I'd take this opportunity to reintroduce myself. I have been on this site for some time now and have taken advantage of the many articles that have either increased my knowledge or reaffirmed that what I do know is correct.
I am taking advantage of the down time to update many of my 20+ scripts in my inventory that I own. I also wrote a pilot script for a TV series plus created 10 paragraph-sized synopsis for episodes. Now I need to find a show runner to join me to pitch the series to Netflix who has shown an interest. If there are any show runners out there who would like to discuss this with me, I invite you to contact me through Stage 32. The series is about four individuals, a Hispanic surgeon, a Chinese Catholic priest, a black educator and an Irish cop in the juvenile who band together to form a safe house for teens in the inner city to help them before they get in trouble. We would feature a different teen each week. I wish all of you out there to continue to be safe until this virus situation is solved.
Hey, Carlo! Nice to meet you! I was looking over your profile, but you don't have much there. Tell me about yourself! What got you into acting? What changed your mind and tempted you over to writing/producing?
It sounds like you've done a lot of great work on your series already, congrats, sir! Have you put together a pitch deck? I would highly recommend this class by Anna Henry: https://www.stage32.com/webinars/How-to-Write-a-Professional-TV-Pitch-Do...
Otherwise, I would say you are primed and ready to start pitching your projects to Executives! https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions If you're not sure which executive might be a good fit for your project, drop Jason Mirch an email - he's great about giving recommendations! j.mirch@stage32.com
Enjoy exploring!
