Any Fade-In Users having problems lately? Over the past few days they've asked for my Reg. Number and when ever I input the SAME Number I've had for more than 3 years I'm told it's INVALID. I've Tried to Contact Them to see what's Going On, but they don't have a Customer Service Phone Number to Call. I'm very frustrated!!! Any other Fade-In Users with similar Problems? Ken Tessman is the creator of Fadein and he is on IMDB which if you have an account can reach him. Also, tweet their team on Twitter's fadein page and and hashtag screenwriting topics that so that other join in and retweet them to notice it and respond.
