FADE-IN SOFTWARE Problems

Any Fade-In Users having problems lately? Over the past few days they've asked for my Reg. Number and when ever I input the SAME Number I've had for more than 3 years I'm told it's INVALID. I've Tried to Contact Them to see what's Going On, but they don't have a Customer Service Phone Number to Call. I'm very frustrated!!! Any other Fade-In Users with similar Problems? At the bottom of the Fade In support page it says "Copyright © 2021 GCC Productions Inc. Fade In is a registered trademark of GCC Productions Inc.," so maybe they can help.
