I live in a university town in Oklahoma, and was lucky to meet up with a prof in Graphic Design Dept who turned the poster around in about a week for a film festival. So definitely explore local resources to get something like this done...even college students studying graphic design or the arts can do great work at an affordable price (which is key!)
