A strange question for sure, but a couple of days ago I dreamed of one of my protagonists, a quirky detective girl and we were just so happy to see each other... It kept me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
So, have you ever gone through something similar?
(A super random post, I know, sorry if it's not allowed, but didn't know where else to share it).
I have like 5 scripts of such nature. Recently I started a new one like a week ago which is dream influenced for the character development. Dreams are my go-to approach for fiction or magical realism. And not all dreams I would write it out, but sometimes I dream and if that wakes me up then I have this gut feeling tingling thingy to pursue that, and I keep thinking about it and start writing based on those.
