What paperwork do you require besides film, and posters? Do you require Title Report, Quality Report Check, Chain of Title paper work, EOC, etc.?

Do you have a buyer for major animated film series, similar to Dora the Explorer or Gummy bear? Our animated film has over 15 million fans globally and has been televised both on Indian TV, and in a few countries globally. Looking for a buyer in USA or Canada mainly or UK, will consider country sales. But mainly looking for one buyer if possible. Majors like (Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Studios etc).
