I'd say it goes other way around...u email them...anyways, It's easy to come across lists offering contact details of some larger Hollywood agencies over the net "accepting unsolicited materials"...the issue is most of them do not accept unsolicited queries, and many sites don't even work, 404, not available, whatever...
