What do I do next?
Also, I wish to turn it into a short film.
Another also - I wish to turn it into a podcast, a play, and a YouTube series.

Congratulations on finishing the book! Now - next step, narrow the focus of what you want the end goal win to be. Is the short film to serve as a sizzle/proof of concept for selling as a series/feature? Time to laser versus light house. You got this!
Register the copyright with your national copyright office. In the U.S. it's www.copyright.gov.
If you want to get it published you need to sub to agents, or consider self-publishing if that aligns with your goals. Congrats on finishing!
