I just subscribed to the Writer's Room and gave my new email instead of giving my old email and now it's not synced and can't access the room even though I've paid for the access. I need tech help stat! Thanks.

Still not able to access it and got a letter from Captain Obvious who didn't help at all. He got a rather pithy reply in return. Couldn't help it. It begged for it. I'm a writer, what can I say. I wanted to join the zoom last night but alas... denied.

Hi Tracy Lea Carnes! Sorry you're still having issues. GiGi and I will look into this. Also, don't worry about missing the zoom as the recordings go into the vault a day or two after AND the official lounge post where you can ask questions is still live in the Writers' Room Lounge so you can also ask a question there if you want.

Thanks. Y'all just sent me another email and not paid attention to what I'm telling you. I CAN'T ACCESS THE ROOM DESPITE IT HAVING THE SAME EMAIL! Just because it has the same email doesn't mean I can access it. This is why I've asked for technical support and help!!!!
