Okay, that part might not be true...
Hi, I'm Hector and I have been a writer for over 40 years and have published over 40 novels. I just saw a wonderful teleconference with Stage 32 about the future of the film and TV industry, but this is about me...
I have been frustrated for all of my 40+ years in trying to turn my novels and screenplays into films and TV shows, and although I have gotten many good reviews, (Some bad ones too, let's be real here!)
One of my novels received a review that said; 'I could have eaten a bowl of alphabet soup and S**t a better novel than this!', but it also received 5 star reviews and saved over 50 women from their abusive relationships.
But, I couldn't seem to get to the next step...
Well, that ish stops NOW!
I have been asked to be a writer for a horror TV series and the pilot has been shot and will premiere in 2024 on the Roku platform. I have also been asked to write the pilot for a Sat morning Anime series, stay tuned on the status of that project. If that goes well, I might have the connections to have my Children's book made into an animated series as well.
Remember, I got 99 rejections before I got #100, but that didn't stop me. DON'T let it stop you.
Go forth and conquer.

Love your story, Hector Valle and love the tenacity. You didn't quit or stop because of bad reviews on books. Glad you're with us on Stage 32.

Thank you everybody, I will post links once the series is live. And I am pitching 'Angel', the story of a young woman who finds herself in a dilemma when she tells a little white lie. it would be a great vehicle for Jenna Ortega. (Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?)

You're welcome, Hector Valle. I'd love to see Jenna Ortega in that kind of story.
