Contrary to what Stephen says, my contacts say Tubi still does take direct submissions, through their corporate site. Though if that really hasn't changed since Fox bought them, it likely will soon, for the reason that since then they are steadily pruning independent films in favor of promoting their mainstream (albeit older) content and of course the Tubi originals now produced exclusively by MarVista (also bought recently by Fox).

You can use an aggregator. Tubi doesn't take direct submissions.

you can use a sales agent or you can't use sites like Filmhub. just remember Tubi won't market your film.
