Your Stage : Ascendance - the movie by Mislav Muretic

Greetings everyone! Filmmaker from Croatia here! If I could interest you in developing a low budget / indie feature film ( mostly happening in one location, a house...even easier on the budget if done in Croatia...) which talks about today's hot topic of artificial intelligence. I have written a script for it with intention of directing it as my filmmaking journey is pushing me to directing. For now I would need to gain momentum with "Ascendance" beyond just the written screenplay and reaching out to people who would and could help with the project. The story is driven by emotionally engaging characters whose struggle against an existential non-biological threat provokes contemplation on cultivating responsible innovation. The current 126 pages long script allows for refinement. Streaming could allow "Ascendance" to reach broad audiences and further such discussions. The story is largely set in one location, a house, which keeps production costs manageable. Mary's character could be played by an actual influencer talented in acting, her live social media feeds and posts during filming could engage audiences early. Similar may be done with other actors and their real life social media engagement. Everything posted would be carefully picked. This again taps real-world platforms early to reach more people. Early and expanded storytelling outreach expands viewership and impact. Should the final script be too long, for TV or streaming, it could work well as a two-part TV mini-series, each episode around an hour. Additionally, there is possibility to continue the story as prequels (Great Power Wars), spin-offs( could follow each character's life or those at the space station) or sequels (ramifications of Vicky ascending into Robert). "Ascendance" explores humanity guiding AI's growth while ensuring its risks don't endanger society, as intelligent tools empower but also threaten without care.
