Hello everyone! I’m a published author of 13 books and have written 2 features/ 4 shorts. I have 1 short completed and released “Death of a Pink Butterfly.” I’m looking forward to networking worldwide. Best wishes to everyone.
Hey Nick. It’s about a disabled child who falls into a coma fighting for her life after her grandfather dies leaving her a magical gift. It seems like it’s so hard for me to explain.
Hi, Amanda! Congratulations on your impressive accomplishments! "Death of a Pink Butterfly" sounds intriguing—could you share a bit more about the story or the inspiration behind the title? Butterflies are very significant to me throughout my life!
The story was really inspired by the death of my father. The beginning of my short was true but everything after that is fiction. I add the granddaughter born with the brown pupils with blue trim because my father eyes was that way. The short is on YouTube.
Thank you, Amanda, for answering my question and for sharing such a personal inspiration behind your story. I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing. I will definitely check out the short on YouTube.
You and the team did a fantastic job on Death of a Pink Butterfly, Amanda Lee! I really like it! Impactful film! My condolences to you and your family.
