I am Charmane Wedderbun, a budding sceenwriter based in Switzerland, with a passion for storytelling that was ignited during a visit to Canada,

Originally from the small parish of Hanover in Jamaica, I moved to Europe 25 years ago and developed a variety of interests, with writing and cooking at the forefront.

My journey as a screenwriter began with my first completed piece, "Caribbean Cougars", a romantic comedy. Continuing my passion for storytelling, I delved into more serious themes with an emotional drama, "Endemic Violence", "How I became a Fish", another of my projects.

I am constantly striving to improve my writing. I find that learning from others who have been working as a screenwriter longer than I, will teach me what viewers are really looking for.
