At the moment, I’m working on a feature screenplay with the hope of crafting a story that highlights the importance of love and compassion in life, while shedding light on the pain bullying can cause. This project means a great deal to me, and I’m dedicated to bringing it to life. I’m also looking forward to assembling a team that shares this commitment, so together we can create something impactful, a story that truly shows that love is what matters most."

Hi, Maria Caeiro. Your post reminds me of when the teacher used to read books to us in elementary school while we ate snacks. I was bullied in elementary school and 6th-7th grades. I'm glad you're shining a light on bullying with your script.

I was also a different kind of child, though I never experienced bullying myself, quite the opposite, I always stood up for my classmates and did my best to protect them. Have a great weekend:))

Hi, Maurice Vaughan yes, we all have memories from when we were kids and attended elementary school. Sometimes scenes of bullying come to our mind. I'm truly sorry that you went through bullying as a child. No one deserves to experience that kind of pain, and I hope you have found healing and strength along the way. Nowadays it still exists and even in worse ways, as cyberbullying. That´s why I´m shinning a light on this problem.

Hi, Sandra Correia I believe it is crucial to bring the issue of bullying into the spotlight nowadays, as it can cause serious trauma and, in some cases, even lead to the tragic loss of children and teenagers lives to suicide. I also deeply regret that it is so rare for classmates to take the stance that you did—protecting and even speaking out against bullying when witnessing such situations. Thanks.

Thanks, Maria Caeiro. I wrote a script about bullying/cyberbullying once. I want to write a script that focuses on cyberbullying. And a script focused on bullying. The more light shined on bullying and cyberbullying, the better.

Maria Caeiro that's wonderful that you are working on something that means so much to you and that you are dedicated to. I'm sure you can and will succeed. As an actress who is also a trauma therapist I regularly work with people still affected by school bullying so I agree it is important. So great to use your storytelling voice to have a positive impact on society.

Oh, did you, Maurice Vaughan ? Cyberbullying is a very disturbing problem because it is more and more harmful and I believe that cinema can greatly contribute to understanding and raising awareness about this highly harmful practice that is cyberbullying. In my script the characters are still young children and cyberbullying is not yet very prevalent.

This has reinforced my resolve to craft a meaningful and impactful testimony -one that not only highlights the profound harm bullying can inflict, but also inspires both children and adults, to recognize that the true foundation of positive interactions lies in understanding, love and compassion.
