does sound good, Matek.
Brushes sounds good, though from my experience(s) it’s usually in the rim (drums) and sounds a little brighter. like how it goes to the swing feel !! I included a PDF I found online.
I’m a drummer / percussionist and remember playing a few times on the ship gig - the jazz trio nights.
Great work on the Melody - especially first 1/2 of tune, before the piano comes in as melody for a while.

I really appreciate your perspective as a drummer – and it’s great to hear about your jazz trio experiences.
Regarding the brush sound, I always try to approach the sound design individually for each track, and in this case, I felt that a slightly darker and less rim-focused brush tone fit the overall mood I wanted to create. But I totally see how a brighter brush on the rim could also work well, and I’m always open to experimenting!

Matek Rypiński - the dark brush sound is fine.
I don’t think brushes on the snare rim would work so hot - hard to bounce at times. Keep the brushes/ track.
If you do another tango, we could collaborate and I can record the drums, etc. Are you a Percussionist Drummer as well? I did not see this in your bio yet.

Kerry Kennard I really appreciate your offer to collaborate. For now, I record all the instruments myself, including the drums and percussion, as part of my creative process.
