July filmmakers club challenge final week last part of the challenge
Good afternoon Filmakers Club I’m posting my last part of the challenge my take- away from what I have learned from the pitching process. When I submitted my first pitch I was feeling nervous, as I’m still waiting on my feedback I realized I made a lot of mistakes on my first pitch with that knowledge I went back signed up for the two page pitch webinar and I learned a lot about my first pitch.
I feel like mine screenplay title is too long. I submitted everything in caps., and I didn’t do the standard format, after my logline I added season arcs 1-4 and also added a sample scene.and after printing it and reading it I saw a few typos. So I definitely know what I myself did wrong on my first pitch. So my advice to all screenwriters please double check your pages before you submit. Once I read it and saw my own mistakes. I posted my logline on my page and if you can take a look is exactly as I submitted with errors and everything as an example of what not to do and like I said I’m still waiting on my feedback .Title: Bandages

Good afternoon, Tania Ocasio. Thanks for sharing your takeaway to help other members. Bandages sounds interesting. It says "must lead others" in the logline. How does she lead others?
