congratulations to all the Semifinalists in the Animation Screenwriting Competition! 

GET BETTER, OR DIE TRYING is a semifinalist. 

So working as a paramedic. I get a callout to a young girl having a seizure. Only to find that the rest of the family have COMPLETELY misunderstood the situation and are in the middle of performing a exorcism. 

Well as a paramedic, I naturally handled the situation like a professional. BUT as a comic book illustrator I turned this story as well as all my other crazy, scary or down right wired callouts over the years into a series of comics. Now I'm adapting it into an animated, episodic, workplace dark comedy 

About a rebellious paramedic out to change her mother’s for profit ambulance empire. But to do so they’ll have to bend the rules and think outside the box in order to survive her eccentric  crew members and reckless misadventures in an ambulance service held together with sex, drugs, and burnout.
