I'll do a trim pass where I cut repetition or any fluff that snuck in. Then I'll let it rest for a few days. Clarity pass. More rest. Visual pass. Etc. and thanks! I feel like it took me forever to write this movie.
You're welcome, Elle Bolan. I like that process. I try to let a script rest after finishing the first draft, but sometimes I'm so excited to start the rewrites or I'm on a deadline.
I'd rather let the script rest, Roberto Micheletti. And I like posting pages on social media. I catch story issues and typos that way sometimes. Do you do that?
@Kevin Hager - well, it's about violence, in a sense. Particularly, it's about people who develop a violent streak and how they each learn to contain it.
Potential logline: When a traumatic night brings five damaged lives into orbit, an amateur boxer becomes a reluctant ground for people struggling to reign in the violence they were never taught how to live with.
I'm not very happy with that logline as it sits. But it's a work in progress.
Maurice Vaughan no. i haven't posted mine on social media. I also never used to like going through mine before, but now i have actually disciplined myself to check it over again just incase of typos.

Congratulations, Elle Bolan! "Those Two Little Words." Movie/show title. Are you going to let your script rest or jump into the rewrites?

Maurice Vaughan the temptation of letting your scrip rest or jumping back into some rewrites is real.
