Hey everyone! Geoff here, Director of Development Services at Stage 32.
If you've pitched an executive, submitted to an OWA, joined or emailed the Writers' Room about something, there's a decent chance we've interacted. If not, here's the quick version:
I'm here to help writers get their scripts in front of people who can do something with them: managers, producers, development execs. I also spend a lot of time thinking about how to make this industry less confusing and more easy to navigate.
I've worked years in development, reading scripts, giving notes, connecting dots between writers and industry folks. I've worked at an agency, I produced content for record labels, packaged projects and scouted hundreds of writers for prod co's.
Things I'm weirdly passionate about:
Fixing broken loglines (it's like a puzzle)
Matching writers with the right executives (not just any exec...the RIGHT one)
Making sure writers don't waste time on bad advice or dead-end strategies
Coffee. Excessive amounts of coffee. Ideally Columbian.
I'm also passionate about helping creatives and I've helped hundreds of writers get meetings, got signed, or sold their script. And honestly? That never gets old.
So...what are you working on right now? Feature? Pilot? Both? Something else entirely? Drop it in the comments. I'd love to hear what's keeping you up at night (in a good way).

Hi Geoff!
Great to meet a fellow high-stakes coffee enthusiast.
I’m currently working on a high-concept limited series titled '2084', adapted from my completed novel. It’s a dystopian political thriller set in a world where AI-managed smart homes become tools for systematic liquidation.
I just officially locked the Treatment and the first 10 pages of the Pilot, adapted from my completed novel. I’m focusing on the 'Time Machine of Guilt' concept - trying to make the sci-fi tech feel as grounded and terrifying as possible.
My biggest challenge (and what's keeping me up at night) is ensuring the 'Time Machine of Guilt' tech in the story feels as terrifyingly real as it does in my head.
I’d love to get this in front of the 'right' executive who appreciates elevated, grounded sci-fi. Looking forward to connecting!

Hey, Geoffroy Faugerolas. Hope you're having a great year! Thanks for everything you do for the community! I'm rewriting a Horror Action feature script, outlining a Horror vertical series, and writing a Horror short script.

Hello,
happy IYW to you.
Thank you very much for your passion and dedication in helping so many creatives throughout their journeys.
As for me, I’m currently working on my first script, The Silent PFC War: When Humanity Lost Its Access to the Prefrontal Cortex. I’m very happy with the project, and I’m doing my best to continuously strengthen its logic, characters, and scenes.

I'm finishing up Part 3 of my trilogy, Echoes of Consequence. I've received fairly positive reviews from script consultants on Stage 32.
I'm beginning to wonder if maybe my trilogy would work better as a limited series based on the current Hollywood landscape. I also just learned fifteen minutes ago that Part 1 of the trilogy was selected in the Los Angelas International Screenplay Awards contest.

Hi Jeffroy, I'd like to shoot you a message re: EP

You just described the exact problem I’m trying to solve: getting the right project in front of the right people, without wasting months chasing the wrong doors. I’m a NYC composer/lyricist/librettist and music producer—I can produce a musical’s full concept album end-to-end on my own. My musical Figaro released its world-premiere concept album and had a London Palladium concert premiere—now I’m in an ambitious rewrite/rebuild phase that will require a new concept album, and I’m looking for smart alignment. Would love to connect with you, Geoffroy! Feel free to reach out: ashleyjanalive.com | ashleyjanamusic | figaromusical | 845-893-0939

Arpad Vaczi Sounds like a great concept! I'm a big fan of dystopian sci-fi. And the fact that you have a book it's based on makes it even more powerful. You should email me and the team at success@stage32.com and we can recommend executives who are looking for projects just as yours!

@Tania very prolific! Make sure to follow up with our team of moderators at moderator@stage32.com if you haven't received your feedback yet and we'll follow up with the executive(s) to make sure it gets delivered promptly. Also, if you are getting ready to pitch the rom-com, even if the script is not ready yet, we're hosting our rom-com pitchfest next month, first week-end of February with 22 execs participating :)

@shane limited series are tough to sell. Better to make it an ongoing series. Streamers and buyers want series that can create franchises.

Everything about the story logic and controlling the global crisis, but I’ve corrected it now.

Geoffroy Faugerolas Alo, feliz 2026! Bon jour! I just finished my first draft of a dark rom com, "Three Days of AUM", super excited to dive in, and have gotten several requests and email introduction requests for my drama screenplay, "A House for the Flowers", and am now waiting to hear back from them to see where we go from there. I also have a television series that I hit pause on last year, but am getting into once more, and actually would love to hear your thoughts on who would actually be interested in the concept. And aside from all of this! Acting, it's exploding, just hitting the ground running, and bringing it all to life!

Juliana Philippi That's amazing. Please do send me and the team more info about THREE DAYS OF AUM and we an review the material and offer suggestions. We're hosting our rom-com pitchfest the first weekend of February so if you can to the pitch session calendar (https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions) and you look at execs participating on 2/7 and 2/8, you'll see more than 22 execs wanting to hear or read pitches for rom-coms. But email me and the team and we can recommend specific execs at success@stage32.com.

Geoffroy Faugerolas Hey! Definitely with you on the Colombian coffee - essential fuel. ☕️ I have been around for about 3 weeks here on Stage32.
I’m working on an international crime drama called SCAM. It pulls back the curtain on a terrifying global industry: Southeast Asian 'scam compounds' where trafficked workers are held captive to defraud Americans. It’s the story of the person behind the screen you didn't know was a prisoner.
It seems to be hitting a nerve: I’ve pitched 2 execs on Stage 32 so far, and I’m 2 for 2 on treatment requests, with feedback highlighting the highest originality score.
Since you’re the master of matching writers to the right homes, I’d love your take on which producers are currently hungry for gritty, socially relevant thrillers in the vein of Narcos or Mr. Robot. Trying to keep this momentum moving!

Marat Altynbaev 2/2? Congrats! That's amazing! We have so many great execs looking for socially relevant thrillers. My latest blog post on Stage 32 (https://www.stage32.com/blog) goes into what execs are looking for -- and thrillers are certainly HOT right now. Can you email me and the team at success@stage32.com so we can share a list of execs with you that are exactly looking for projects like SCAM? Excited to dive in.
