I wanted to share a small but meaningful win that came directly out of this community.
What started as a conversation here turned into a real collaboration on TOUCHLESS, and I’m genuinely grateful for how it’s evolved. Seeing people rally around an idea, ask smart questions, and jump in creatively has been incredibly motivating.
Working with Lauren Hackney has been an amazing experience. Her passionate writing, adaptability, and ability to shift seamlessly between tones and styles throughout a very high-concept feature have truly helped bring this story to life. She’s shown real versatility and instinct, especially navigating the emotional grounding and the larger sci-fi concepts, and it’s elevated the project in ways I didn’t expect.
I’m also very grateful to be collaborating with Debbie Seagle. Her background and real-world experience bring an authenticity and perspective that adds depth and credibility to the story. Having that level of insight involved will strengthen the narrative in meaningful ways.
This has been a reminder of why Stage 32 works so well when people are open, generous, and collaborative. I’m thankful for the encouragement, feedback, and trust, and excited to keep building alongside such talented people.
