Good evening,
I’m trying to get a better understanding of how one can gauge how much a project is going to cost as they’re writing it. I am attaching what the producer sent me and I’m wondering how much would this project actually cost? Here is the logline for you to see what the series is about. https://www.stage32.com/loglines/70037
Thank you in advance

Hi, Karon Paige. Great feedback. I just read the logline. A WOMAN’S WORLD sounds intriguing!
It's hard to gauge how much a project will cost without making a budget/hiring someone to make one, but things like a lot of locations, a big cast, and a lot of CGI can make a movie expensive.
You might get a more detailed answer in the Producing Lounge (www.stage32.com/lounge/producing).

Karon Paige The logline reminds me a little of the real life of Madagascar's Queen Ranavalona, and of course the historical Nzinga Mbande, though your world is fantasy. (and honestly, I disagree with the reviewer - I know of very few such stories). However, to get to your question, budgets are a Producer's function and production design is largely a Director's problem. So unless you are going to take the producer's reigns and see the project get to screen yourself, I wouldn't even worry about it.
