Comic Books to Films/Shows - OK, but they SHOULD HAVE BEEN Animated!

Inspired by Amanda's post about comic books being acquired for the purposes of animation, I'm curious what past properties - that were turned into LIVE ACTION films and shows - would you rather see as animated adaptations? And WHY?

Here's a quick reference to get ya started:

From 2000s action films to "Wednesday" on Netflix, here are some movies and shows you didn't realize were based on comic books and graphic novels.
Maurice Vaughan

R.I.P.D. is one of them, Karen "Kay" Ross. I liked the movie, but I think they could've done more with the story and visuals if it was an animated movie/show, especially a show.

Mike Boas

Spawn comes to mind. Much better creatively as an animated tv show than it was as a movie.

Wardan Tiple

I want to pitch my TV/Web Series (3- Minute Episodes, 5 or 7- Episode Season)

Target Audience: Ages 7+, Format: 2D animation, dialogue-free micro-drama. Inspired from Tom and Jerry, Oggy and the Cockroaches. Its slapstick humor is blended with gentle comedy, emphasizing strategy, critical thinking, moral lessons, and compassion. Anyone interested?
