Thanks so much to the great staff and readers at Stage 32 for selecting my YA novel from Simon & Schuster, BETSY AND THE EMPEROR, for such a great opportunity. I actually wrote the film treatment first, and then wrote my novel based on it, then the screenplay and a TV pilot script version based on my book. Congrats to all the other writers on these OWA selection lists-- I recognize some of those names!
