You need to shorten your reel. No casting director is going to watch that long. 2-3 minutes. You have a lot of leeway to cut it down and make that easily.

Agree with Erick on this one. Fast and furious. Make us want more. Nice job, though, Ashley.
Gotta agree, as well. You've got some nice work, but 2 mins is pretty much a max time limit. You might consider dropping the photos in the intro. CD's just want to get straight to the acting. Instead of title cards, use overlaid animations. Use the "meat of the scenes", only the strongest part of each, and only scenes from actual work, not classes or workshops. Unfortunately YouTube is acting screwy, so I didn't get to see the rest. Just tighten this up and it should work nicely for you.
