We almost made it.. finished editing at 5:30pm... but my computer would not export the video... so after a few tries it works but took like 2 to 3 hours... for 7 minutes... I need to upgrade my machine. Oh well.. we are still going to have our film screened during the screening in late August.. keep an eye out for SYNCRONICITY
was this the film festival that took place in Detroit? glad your still screening it, and wish I could of entered, but didn't want to spend $200 to register, and have my friends back out on me like they usually do.
they have different 48hr film projects all around the country... not sure if they happen on the same weekend though.
Hey David, I did participate in the 48 hour film fest in LA. Not sure if they actually used my version of the script however. There is another 48 film project for the Inland Empire coming up (Riverside) so if you missed the LA deadline, would they allow you to roll in the IE? If not, maybe next year? Not to mention, I'm looking to partner and build a team for next year's competition as it was a cool experience, with having to crank out 6 pages in one night - any freakin thing can happen. http://www.48hourfilm.com/en/inlandempire/
