Violence. Or sex AND violence. Why? No brainer. One is a naturally occurring, life giving action, the other not. The other is potentially the opposite.
However is violence not a result of a survival instinct and therefore naturally occurring? Survival of the Fittest can not occur with some form of violence

I was going to say... then decided that you have control over both. Without Sex, there would be no US. With Violence, possible same result. Good question posed. C'mon people, get me out of my tunnel vision.
