I'm an older guy, 37... I'm just getting ready to shoot my first feature. I think as long as you have a dream, keep on truckin'!
I'm trying my hand at writing screenplays and I'm starting out at age 47. If you put your mind to it you can do anything regardless of age. Besides the entertainment business is not made up of just young kids. There are people needed in the industry of all ages.

Go for it! I did it by going back to college to finish my BA at 36. Now at 42, I live in NYC and enjoying auditioning as an actor, writing a couple plays and now starting a new screenplay. Just Do It!

yes, experience is the best education. Being In front of, or behind the camera can benefit from years of experience.
