I'm Layla Beth, currently residing in the Austin, Texas area pursuing acting, modeling and writing. I am involved with two short films at present, and look forward to experiencing all the ATX area has to offer for those of us involved in the entertainment industry! I've been a model since I was twelve years old…I can't seem to keep away from the cameras. ;-) My husband, daughter and I are all involved in creative endeavors, as is my son, who is a budding musician. Sounds like a creative family! Austin is a great town for that. My sis is a professional musician as well. I play some percussion myself, either with sis or for some local belly dance performances. It's great to be part of things like that. Happy Holidays to you as well.

I used to bellydance! I am hoping to connect with the local burlesque community. :-) I miss California, but Austin is a great city! :-D

Indeed, I miss CA as well (I'm from Santa Cruz), especially the weather! Austin is a good place to get things rolling in this business though, definitely some good times to be had here too. That's cool, I bet you will have a great time in the local dance communities. Lots of fun performers. I don't know the burlesque community as well, but I have friends who have put on shows involving them, and I've seen some great performances when that happens. Good stuff!
