Mr. Ramis, and he'd be laughing to hear anyone call him Mister, was a Chicago Guy who understood the humor in that town and was able to share it with others.

Actually, with all due respect, Egon CAN be in the next ghostbusters movie...on the other side... Loved his writing and his acting. Meatballs among my favourites.
