I hope so Danny. I keep seeing new movie come out with bits and pieces of my two so i would love to know who is actively looking to get it moving before my entire idea ends up on screen.
The question is who on IMDB does similar movies that you can reach? Ask a better quality question to get a better quality answer. Some questions are layered like an onion that leads you down a better path. Never stop asking them. :-)
Alle, there are gems out there in the gem mine. Keep looking, there are many gems. Bad scripts are turned into movies as well. Reason? A good agent. Sometimes good Screenplays turn into bad movies because the production company botches up the movie.
@Alle, i wouldn't say i have the best script ever but i do in my opinion have a prospective great script in the right hands. Considering i wrote them a few years ago if Independence Day, White House Down, Terminator, Bourn Identity are movies that catch your interest then mine will surely bring the kick in action to the screen though its not related. My second of the two is surely meant to be a high budget film with multiple locations and countries.
@Mario, sometimes i wonder what were they thinking when i watch some crazy movies. Reminds me of the old days, you see Charles Bronson (etc) on the poster you already know what the movie will be based on. There are a few current day ones that are so predictable too.
Hi Michael, Without going into specifics, I think it's important to consider which company would be in a position to produce your work. To my knowledge, it's a question of doing your homework. Which company is producing what? What did they already produce? Like William said. ( I would add, will they continue to produce in that genre?) Budget consideration are obviously paramount. Etc etc... It's a guessing game, but if you have access to professional documentation, you can narrow down your search...
Thanks Anthony. I've tried that but it takes time and its not a clear solution. I was considering working with an agent but not sure if thats the path either

Do what everyone else does: make a list of recent successful science fiction movies like your story, find out who produced them.

Charles Bronson ate nails and had audacity. Loved him,

Write a query. Then put it up on inktip.com or virtualpitchfest.com. It's good for the networking experience.
