I know many people on here have a many experiences in the writing world some vast, some minimal, but we all have one thing in common; a story to tell. You may have heard a lot of "no's" lately and you may be in writers block at the moment; but keep going. The biggest regret you will have in this lifetime is not pursuing your dreams. No matter what you do in your life "currently" that pays the bills, keep on writing. Your break thru can happen at any time. Sooo many actors/actresses and famous people had to start somewhere, but they still kept pursing the dream. At any given moment, you have the power to say, this is not how the story is going to end, and I truly believe that. Hollywood does not exist without stories to tell. There is space for everyone. Just keep believing and and keep writing. Don't tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon. Be encouraged today! :)
