As the daughter of writer/comedian/game show announcer, Gene Wood, I grew up in and around the entertainment industry. After completing undergraduate and graduate degrees in Philosophy, I began pursing a growing interest in the intersection of film and philosophy. That interest became part of my career. I am a philosophy professor and writer, with a special emphasis on developing philosophical themes in stories and characters.
