Sarah Dorman is in charge of content for a new documentary on school leadership and staff culture for educational change. The pilot school turns out to be Orange Kambell School, a small Charter in California. As Sarah interviews teachers, administration, and students on a daily basis, she quickly and unintentionally learns where the societal opinions that "teachers are crazy" and "anyone can teach" come from all too well. Needless to say, it was the opposite of the content she was hoping to find.
