When a customer complains to the owner of a diner about
being served with a stale doughnut, the complaint leads to
murder, as the fates of the two become inextricably linked.
SYNOPSIS:
Brett, the owner of a diner in New Mexico, has to pass off ten thousand stale doughnuts bought by his brother, Brent by mistake, but one of the customers, Jim Krause, foolishly makes a complaint.
Brett says they take complaints very seriously and takes Krause downstairs to his office, where he murders Krause. Brett asks Brent to help him hide the body.
Brett and Brent drive to a motel, where the owner, Jake McKlinskey, exposes their crime, but strangely, offers to bury Krause in the cemetery at the back of the motel.
When Krause's body is buried, McKlinskey tells them the soil is special, and Krause comes back as one of the undead. Various complications ensue.
