A former soldier becomes a superhero to stop a villain's plan to takeover America. 

SYNOPSIS:

PATRIOT EAGLE

David Mathis is a superhero known as Patriot Eagle then while on a mission he succeeds but nearly dies and faces mortality and remembering the loss of his family he decides to retire. Years later, Davon Smith is a young man returns from military service, when he and some friends run into some skinheads Davon and his friends end up defending themselves and the cops arrive tipped off by an elderly David Mathis who vouches for Davon and his friends then collapses but Davon helps him and is called back to base by his superiors and finds out he was framed by another soldier named Raid Vane for stealing military weapons.

Davon and his former partner Joe Willard visit David, and Joe reveals he discovered his secret, and are ambushed by assassins and Davon finds a strange weapon and uses and together defeat the killers and David is forced to reveal that he was Patriot Eagle a legacy hero, but he retired and never found a successor. Joe realizes the weapon is a special technology that bonds to the user and will only be used by him/her. David links them to a militia group led by industrialist Lawarence Syme and political candidate who created a supervillain known as Rampage and when Syme comes for them with Rampage David is captured and Davon puts on an upgraded Patriot Eagle suit to stop them

Syme plans to assassinate all members of Congress and take over America so the only freedom is what he says it will be, but Rampage betrays him and takes over. Davon fights his way through with help from Joe and one of David’s allies Howard Lucin finds out Rampage is Vane who was on Syme’s payroll, and motivated by greed, sociopathy (that would get him kicked out of the military) and framing Davon was just a necessity when he was almost caught. Devon saves David and Joe then battles Rampage and defeats him. In the end Syme and Rampage are exposed and arrested.

Through encouragement from Joe and Howard Davon takes up the mantle of Patriot Eagle becoming the first Black Patriot Eagle with training from David.
