SYNOPSIS:

Young girl is killed in her college apartment by an expressionless , glassy eyed boy in the beginning of the film. The rest of the film is about the court trial and the background of the young man .. as we find out that he is a great guy and an Epileptic. He was having a seizure when the crime was committed and doesnt deserve to be locked away. Hes a great guy and would have never done such a thing contiously. ( based on true story)
