A phantom killer terrorizes our nations capital as 8 young girls are kidnapped, brutally raped and murdered with their shoes taken as souvenirs.

SYNOPSIS:

In 1971, with most of the country trying to force the government to end the Vietnam War, there was a terror going on right in our nation’s capital.

Eight Black girls, all under the age of 18, were kidnapped, brutally raped, murdered and thrown on side of the highway like trash.

Along with that, a gang of serial rapists, terrorized the city by attacking over 100 Black women as they traveled in their Green Vega.

The protests took importance over these brutal rapes and what possibly was the first serial killer in our nation’s capital.

Detective Romaine Jenkins discovers the brutal nature of the killings is slowly consuming her as she and the Metro police search for a killer known as the Freeway Phantom.
