A reclusive mountain cabin owner must fight for survival when a team of deadly assassins descends on her remote resort to eliminate a hidden federal witness.

SYNOPSIS:

Steve Roberts, a 40-year-old man in witness protection, barely escapes an assassination attempt at a secure farmhouse—only to watch the couple sheltering him gunned down in cold blood. With no choice but to run, he flees to a secluded mountain resort in North Carolina, where Jenna Wallace, 35, reluctantly takes him in until his trial. U.S. Marshal Clayton assigns two deputies to guard them.

Jenna’s fragile peace shatters as Steve’s presence stirs something deeper between them—a connection neither expected. Yet their budding romance is under siege. William Hawkins, the criminal Steve is set to testify against, will stop at nothing to silence him. Meanwhile, Sheriff Olson, harboring his own feelings for Jenna, betrays them both.

Hawkins dispatches a team of assassins to hunt Steve down. They cut off the resort from the outside world, sabotaging all communication. Trapped in the mountains, Jenna leans on her intimate knowledge of the terrain to outmaneuver the killers closing in.
