In this horror-comedy fable a shy teen is dragged on a hunting trip by his ruthless would-be stepfather, only to discover he can hear animals after biting into a strange apple. When the forest launches a bloody uprising and dark family secrets come to light, the boy must decide what it really means to be a man — and which side of the food chain he belongs on. - Note this is currently a short we are developing into a feature.
