SYNOPSIS:
Seasons of War is a historical drama set in a rugged tribal landscape, rich with symbolism and emotional depth. The story follows Harb, a boy whose father was murdered under mysterious circumstances. His mother escapes with him to her brother’s tribe, only to die while pregnant, leaving Harb to grow up in silence and ambiguity. As Harb matures, he uncovers the truth: the killer is Suleiman, a merchant who collaborates with British colonial forces and manipulates the village through religion, wealth, and fear. The film traces Harb’s transformation from a quiet orphan to a revolutionary leader, as he ignites a popular uprising that restores dignity and justice to his people. Told through two distinct phases—childhood and youth—the narrative avoids modernity and focuses on timeless moral and cultural themes. The film is visually poetic, with strong cultural authenticity and minimalistic production needs. Designed for regional production with global appeal, Seasons of War is positioned for international film festivals and cultural platforms
