I also draw from experiences learnt in my other life roles as a Back Country Guide, Ski Instructor, Overnight Sea Kayak Guide, Fixed Wing Pilot, Float Plane Pilot, to effectively and consciously guide teams.
I believe a healthy body promotes a healthy mind and that is why I compete in Iron Man, Half Iron Man, Marathons, Triathlons, and practice Aikido.
