About Pamela

quick: My film career began working for Bill Gold (movie poster guru)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Gold. I worked on posters such as Thelonius Monk; Straight No Chaser, Moonwalker, Bird, The Accused, Mississippi Burning, then worked for Harvey Weinstein at Miramax Films for 10 years. I worked on Reservoir Dogs, Red, White Blue, Fairwell My Concubine, Mr. & Mrs. Bridge, Like Water For Chocolate, Delicatessen, Pulp Fiction which won the Key Art Award, The Piano, High Heels, Strictly Ballroom to name a few. I worked as Harvey's asst for 2 years, then ran the art dept for years and left to produce.

I then produced the theater adaptation of Haruki Murakami's, 'The Wind Up Bird Chronicle" which opened in NYC, then performed at the Performing Arts Festival in Edinburgh as well as the Singapore Arts Festival. .

Currently, I'm producing a comedy that filmed in Kinshasa, Congo which wrapped in November, 2013.

Last, I am the creator & President of a clothing/event company DNR,NYC that promotes organ donation thru urban tees/accessories. (check it out!)... my goal is to help spread the word of the importance of OD and eliminate the waiting list for those in need of organs.. I lobby on Capitol Hill as well as work with non-profits and educate people about the importance of registering to become donors!. - I am working on a documentary with Director Richard Hendrick to promote my mission re OD.

I'm a bit of an unconventional thinker and rebel, that's why I get along with Harvey so well (Bob too) and will stop at nothing to get my jobs done (well) : )
