What happens when the World Council decides to take control of the earth's sustainability...at any cost.

SYNOPSIS:

Larry Lasinski is a retired military scientist who has removed himself from society and set up a nice quiet spot on a small island in the Bahamas. Unbeknownst to Larry, the rest of the world has recently been offered a new vaccine that has been touted to fight off some of the worst diseases of our lifetime. Larry is unaware of this potentially exciting news and misses out on a plan by the World Council to have billions of vaccines disseminated around the world. Larry keeps in contact usually once a month with his eldest daughter who is a lawyer in New York, although its been a while since he has heard from her, but he will be heading to the States for some provisions in the next few weeks.

The World Council has inside members who do not support this new vaccine as they are unaware of the true intention of this medical break-thru. The earth is quickly dying and with every day our population and sustainability becomes less and less viable. This new vaccine, while on the surface seems to provide many benefits, actually will cause all who take it to die within 2 years. The WC has decided who will be given this vaccine and those who they deem excluded. This act by the WC will cause our earth's population to start to decline over the next 2 years while choosing who will survive and repair the earth to a sustainable planet for centuries.
